Connecting with your spirit is a daily practice. As a yoga teacher, I offer classes that include body, mind & breath awareness to help free us from unwanted distraction so we experience life more fully now. I weave together the teachings of my teachers and experiences in my own life which have taught me how to connect more deeply with my true spirit. Spirit seeking is a practice of oneness. It is effort that challenges us to unify our energy, find the thread that weaves us together and make us whole. Just as the roots of a tree spread beneath the earth, we are all part of a wave of energy that we can collectively ride and move through our bodies. Our spirit is powerful pulse that we share and I encourage every living being to seek & grow that part of our self.
