Public class schedule at Orcas Mandala Yoga Studio:
Thursday 9am-10:30am Sangha Flow ~ Sangha translates in sanskrit to healthy, like-minded, community. This class is sequenced around a theme or peak asana that trains the body to merge with the continuous flow of prana. Classes are all levels and include the use of props and modifications to individualize the practice for each yogi.
Saturday 9:30am – 10:45am Vinyasa Flow ~ Vinyasa means to place in a special way. The emphasis of this class is to place our awareness on the rhythm of our breath and pulse of movement to open the central channel of the body. Classes are all levels and move through a continuous flow for a well rounded practice. It is recommended that students have previous yoga experience.
